I installed the script reduce memory because WLM was slowing my screen display down. However, ever since I did I've been getting an error message -- COULD NOT LOAD R1.EXE. Further investigation reveals that this APPEARS to be from the reduce memory script. At least R1.exe is sitting in a subdirectory (subfolder) under that script. Is there a workaround or a fix? If not, I'm afraid I'm going to have to uninstall the script. Pity because it otherwise appears to work just fine!

You need to have the latest .Net Framework or try this MeEtc's reply to Reduce MEM

I installed the script that reduce memory, but it says that I haven't the last .NET Framework. I use .NET Framework version 2.0.50727 with Italian Translation Pack. Is there a fix?

Please read CookieRevised's reply to Reduce MEM for a version of the ReduceMEM script which does not require the .Net framework at all.
