O.P. Help with error code: 80040154

Every time I try to log in, it comes up with this error code. I've done the help that it gives me, but it still doesn't work.

Yes, I have tried that and it doesn't work. T_T Also, when you type in an e-mail when you log in, it types really really slowly...

Try MSN Repair, it remove the most diffuse errors of Windows Live Messenger log in. This is the download link:
