How to block my web cam while viewing other person's web cam ?

O.P. How to block my web cam while viewing other person's web cam ?
I need to block my web cam when I'm using MSN Live Messenger. (Version 8.1 build  8.1.0178.00) How can I do that ? Is there any option in Messenger to do that ?

tools > options > personal > untick "allow others to see i have a webcam"
