OK, that's one stupid way to have a screen shot -_-
It's really difficult to see what's going on, though I have a vague view of it.
Can't quite help because Tabbed Chatting doesn't quite work for me (known bug)
how to take a screen shot well:
1) Go to da chat window
2) Press Alt and at the same time, press the PrtScr (could be Print Screen or something like that) button.
3) Open paint, Gimp, Photoshop or any other reasonable image manipulation program.
4) If you can, reduce the number of colors in the image without using Dithering, and save as PNG.
5) Use
PNGout on this, that usually reduces image size as much as possible.
6) Upload the result
If you can't reduce the number of colors, just upload it and I'll do it for you D:
and might as well crop it too.
