That may also be a DD/MM/YYY notation. Like the URL says it's posted 2007/04/28 (YYYY/MM/DD), and the replies are old too.

I highly doubt "Date of publication" is supposed to be in MM/DD/YYYY format, how can anybody know the filessize of a file that will be released more than 4 months later.
