Dear users:
When I try to engage in computer to computer VOIP with a particular contact I get immediately the a blue screen of death:
Stop: 0x0000008E.
It happens almost every time and only with one contact.

Any advice?

8E is Kernel Exception Not Handled I believe: Exceptionally strange that it'd only happen for a particular contact as this is almost always a hardware problem.

Which DLL is referenced on the BSOD?

Make sure you have installed all the updates of windows (Vista SP1 or XP SP3)
