Hello, I'm writing here because that's my last resource, I don't know what else to do.

I'm one of the winners of the 6th MsgPlus! contest (first week, only won a t-shirt and a mousepad, but well, it's a prize anyway) and I haven't received neither the prize nor the info about the send status (that according to what had been said it should have been sent a long time ago) and I'm worried that perhaps it has been lost or some mistake has been made so that it hasn't even been shipped.

I've already sent an email to mplus-support (at) patchou.com, that was on the 27th September, and as I haven't received any reply yet I've decided to try and see if Patchou or someone who can help me reads that and tells me if there are still any chances of recieving my prize or if I should forget about it.
