O.P. Huh?  MSN GUI does not load
So, I've installed MSN Live Messenger direct from the "http://get.live.com/messenger"
website.

The application installs with no problems, the system is rebooted.

When I load MSN Live Messenger, the application shows up in TaskManager, my LAN shows a lot of extra activity, however the Live Messenger Window never actually appears. Once I end the msnmsgr.exe in the TaskManager, the LAN activity stops.

Any suggestions?

Do you have any Messenger addons or patches installed?

None at all... Just reloaded the computer to factory settings
