Its been almost a year dat its happening..i thought dat it will recover by itself but it didnt....anyways..enough of bla bla bla..

ohh..and juz want to let u guyz know..i've tried to deleted msn and reinstall and all this things...and its still not working..i really dunno wat to do!!..

Try deleting Contacts cache.

My Computer. Tools > Folder Options > View tab > Show hidden files and folders

My Computer > Your hard drive (usually C:\) > Documents and Settings > [Your user] > Contacts > Delete the folder with your email address. Restart WLM.
