Im running AVG 7.5 and when i try installing Messenger Plus Live i get this pop up: ( see attachment )

I been using MPL for a while now but never with AVG, just purchased this laptop and installed avg and MPL and got error.

I try uninstalling and reinstalling MPL and still get same error, the other thing i can do is wait for update like the pop up told me.

What it detects is the sponsor program, which is not something an antivirus should popup about. Don't worry and proceed with the installation, the sponsor program is not required by Messenger Plus!.

I do, i click on ignore but when i start windows live messenger and try loading MPL i get the error

Then I suggest you disable AVG, install Plus! and re-enable AVG afterwards. As long as you download Messenger Plus! from msgpluslive.net, you don't have any risk of being infected with any kind of virus.
