Does http://msgpluslive.net/skins/feed/ (and will it always) show all the skins in database? If not where can I get a list, if at all?

It doubt it will, the scripts database doesn't. It's standard for a feed not to reach a certain filesize with its output XML. I too want MenthiX to create a special XML feed that has every file, not just the latest .

Right, I might just need to open each category and get each script manually

Nah, it has the same limit as the scripts rss feed.
