Verizon Wireless Sync tells me that they don't support the sync for MSN & Hotmail because they are "free" e-mail accounts- I told them Hotmail Plus isn't free and they said that with more information about the account they could possibly make it work. I believe that they were attempting to be helpful and the sync service is nice- do you have any idea about what they might need and how to get it to them?
Is there a phone number to call MSN tech support for Hotmail Plus?
I guess they need the POP3 settings, as POP3 is only available on the paid Hotmail accounts. You should be able to find the settings for it either in your account options or by searching the help files.
