that's strange, it certainly shouldn't. Are you  using an RTL version of Windows itself? (what version exactly?).

Yes. XP Home Hebrew + SP2

You can spare the trouble if you haven't yet, I checked this with a Hebrew version of WLM (8.5) and English XP, same problem.
So the problem is the RTL WLM, not Windows.
