It's a programme to add graphical attributes to Windows.

I'm just trying to think of all eventualities as it is a very strange problem which you are experiencing.

Can you get into the Messenger Plus preferences window?

Does ANY aspect of Messenger Plus work properly?

Yes, I can get into the preferences window.
Yes, some aspects are working, extra colours etc, although I haven't tried everything.
I can receive the emoticon sounds from my contacts, but can't send them, it sort of sends them in the old style, with a devil picture and no sound (if that makes sense?)


By the way, I don't appear to have anything called Window Blinds.

I know I shouldn't double-post, but everything I've tried hasn't worked and I've had no other suggestions, so I give up!

Just wondered if anybody has come up with a wonderful way of solving my problems!
I've tried EVERYTHING suggested on this site and nothing appears to work...getting very frustated!!
