OK so I've made loads of sounds and received loads also. If I wanted to save all the sounds like into a pack then import them in the sound window at the bottom is it possible to save my sounds?

Also is it possible to send the pack?
&& is it possible to send them to someone on a vista computer?

The main reason is because I'm getting a new computer and I want to be able to keep ALL the sounds.

Yes, it is possible to make a soundpack out of all or a selected number of sounds in your Sound Library:
- navigate to Plus > Sound Library
- click "Import/Export" button at bottom left
- choose Export to a Sound pack
- the wizard will guide you through the rest of the process

Yes, you can send the pack too. It will be usable for anyone who has Messenger Plus! installed, no matter which OS they are on.

If you feel your soundpack is unique (not a mash of already available soundpacks) and wish to share it with the rest of the world who use Messenger Plus! you can also upload it to the Plus! Soundpack Database. If you do not wish to share it you can always burn the pack onto a CD or put it on another device for transporting it to your new computer.

Also, as much as I'd love to share my sounds (all 1200+ of them!) some are rather rude and I think pretty random ^_^
