You can't check if you're blocked by someone. You can check if they have you on their contact list, though this isn't the same thing. In the contact list window click Plus! --> Contact List Clean-Up and there's a column "Has you".

but this one knew that l've blocked him and how many people are on my block list...and it's driving me crazy cause l don't know how?!!!
Because I can understand some of my contacts when they block me with the method explained in that thread. However, I couldn't understand how that guy can know how many people are in your Block list.
