O.P. Huh?  PROBLEM.
Whenever I try to sign in to MSN it doesn't do much.

The little green and blue men dance for about an hour, so I try again and the problem still persists.

Is there any way around this?

Are you getting an error code? If not, just wait. I have found this happens when you re-format your computer or get a new one. After the first sign in, it should be alot quicker next time.
