weird printing problem

O.P. weird printing problem
I have an older PIII computer and whenever i try to print my USB mouse stops working and nothing prints out any suggestions?

i had the same problem, i am not sure what is the reason or the source of this.  with a epson laser jet once i sent the order to print, the mouse got stock, what i did and stopped to do this was just connecting the energy cable of the printer in other place where the pc was not connected, dunno if this is the real problem, but it handled mine.  if this works for you, great. ;)

Have you tried unplugging mouse when this happens? It might make it start moving again (maybe even print)

Sounds like a driver or resource conflict

Actually i just plugged the USB brother printer into an onboard usb card that i have and it seems to be working now.  Figured it out today.
