Ok I have an idea that were the little green man is showing they are online if they have a webcam it will show a Green webcam and when they are offline with a webcam it will show a red webcam to show who has a webcam or not.
This way you don't have to click through em all lol

However, this can not be made in a script. Scripts do not have access to these icons and can't change anything in the contact list.

Moreover, you also need to consider that the 'little green man' icon is used to indicate what type of connection the contact has. It is not meant for showing what features the contact supports. Because were do you draw the line; what about showing if the contact supports Ink messages, audio, can recieve winks, etc? A webcam is just one of the many features.

And, that icon can be more than just some 'little green men'. It can also be a cellphone or a globe for example.

I highly doubt something like this will be put into Messenger Plus! either.

Search+if contact = webcam then Icon1(green man icon) xD = change into Icon2(Webcam)
