Hello,

I'm having this problem with my msn windows live messenger. When ever i log into my account, "delta1912@hotmail.com" my msn went haywire. All my contacts are jumble up, meaning they are not where they are suppose to be. Then a few secs when i log on, it log off itself and sign back in with showing only 2 contact groups when i have alot more. This only happen when i log into my account "delta1912@hotmail.com".

But when i tried logging on with my other account, the msn windows live messsenger have no problem, works perfectly fine. I am using the same windows live messenger to log into both my account.

May I know what is the problem?
I've run my anti virus and found no  virus(s).
I also tried reinstalling but it's still the same.
Anyone..help?? Please..

About the group problem. I have five groups in my account but they only exist in my PC. I mean, when I logged in from an other PC, some contacts were in other groups than the ones they were supposed to be. Does this problem occurs in your PC or at another one you use?

Oh dear. I try my best to explain. Hope u understand cause i, really bad with words. Here goes..

Im using Windows Live Messenger 8.0. In my main account "delta1912@hotmail.com" i have 16 groups but
when i log in, all the contacts are not where they are supposed to be. All of it have gone to different groups. Then a few mins
after i log in, it sign out and sign back in ONLY showing 2
groups, "Other contacts & Non-Instant messaging Contacts".

I tried logging with my second acct with the same Windows Live Messenger with the same PC. Nothings wrong with it. Everything works perfectly.

Only when i log into my main acct the problem occurs.

Well, I can only suggest that you upgrade to Windows Live Messenger 8.5 which is the latest official version and probably it has fewer bugs.

Issit  my ad-aware causing this problem?

Curently im trying to dwld the latest windows live mssgnr 8.5.

I've disable my ad-aware and install windows live mssgner 8.5.
Its still the same problem. Help?? Please??
