O.P. Event viewer
Is it possible for event viewer to malfunction. meaning it does not display certain events?
Does it happen rather often?
---->    Esp when the person listening to music and changes the personal msg?

First make sure you have "Show Current Media" and "Show Personal Messages" enabled in the Event Viewer's options (Plus > Display Event Viewer).

Next check if that contact is not filtered out (Plus > Preferences > Messenger > Event Logging).

yea its done but will it ever fail to record any change? cos its a few times n i noticed someting changed but not recorded
