O.P. MP!L 4.79 does not work in my WLM 09, or MP!L 4.7 in WLM 8.5

My scripts will not work, my shortcuts like /slap doesn't work, and the only things that MP!L works is the thing that comes out when i click away, when I lock WLM, and I can see the colours. Other than these, i probably have nothing else working. I used MP!L 4.7 during 8.5 and had the same problems. Now I using MP!L 4.79 beta on WLM 2009. Still same problem. Help appreciated. I have reinstalled both a lot of times. Thx

If you are going to use windows live messenger final "2009" download Plus! from here http://mirror1.msgpluslive.net/MsgPlusLive-479b.exe
And if you are going to use 8.5 then download plus! from here http://mirror1.msgpluslive.net/MsgPlusLive-470.exe

I did use version 4.79 for 2009, and used 4.7 for WLM 8.5. Didn't I say that on my post?
