I would like to know if it is possible to have more different options interface in one skin?
I explain: I want to do a skin multitheme but with an option interface for each theme!
I have WLM 8.5

Unfortunately this cannot be done yet.

The closest you could get is building a custom options panel in XML and having different options under different headings.

Or alternatively if the options for each 'theme' of skin are so different, why not consider making them into different skins entirely?

I think about it but the skins was similars but with different pictures.
