Chinese Trans problem on Contect Card

On MSN there is "View your contect card",
Once install Plus! there an button can active Plus! function "Additional Options".
but in Chinese Ver. "Additional Options" did not trans to Chinese Tr.

This problem since 4.00.

Systme info:
Winodws XP Pro Version 5.1 (build 2600.xpsp_sp3_grd.080814-1236 SP3)
Windows Live Messenger 2008 (build 8.5.1302.1018) in Chinese (zh_tw)
Messenger Plus! Live 4.81.0.358

I've just checked and this seems to be a Plus! bug with that entry with most East-Asian languages (checked Chinese Traditiona, Simplified and Japanese).
