First, No, I don't need help UN-LOCKING MSN, I know how to that. But when you hover over the new icon, it tells you what it is... I was wondering if I could get rid of that so when you hover it doesn't say what it is.

I just tried with mine.
After i lock it and move my mouse to it, but it didn't show anything.
(If you're talking about the tooltip saying "windows live messenger (Online) xxx@hotmail.com).
Try checking the preferences -> messenger -> messenger lock -> "Disable Messenger's tray icon tooltip and menu" option.
