Hi,

I am not stupid, I consider myself quite smart and devilishly dogmatic to destruction. HOWEVER, can someone PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tell me how to make the video picture go full screen on a video call in MESSENGER 2009 (14.0). I have no doubt it is very simple to do, I am also in no doubt that the Messenger people have rendered it impossible to find out HOW. The online help files merely boast that heyy guess what? you can go FULL SCREEN!!

Afaik, full-screen mode works only when you press the "Video" button and not when you press the webcam icon near your contact's DP. A little icon should appear on the left side of your contact's camera that will allow you to switch to fullscreen.
