Not completey sure if that's even the right name for it, so let me explain.  

Also not 100% sure if this is Plus related or just WLM.  I installed both together so I'm not sure, but help would be appreciated.

After you play a game, or anything like that.. people from now will see at the top of your message box "so and so played a game vs so and so".  I dont like this.  How do I make it so people cannot see what I'm doing?

If you log into this web page and uncheck every box then click save, your contacts won't receive thse notifications.

Thanks.  I turned it all off, but people on my list are still saying they see it up there.  I'm guessing it takes time to update or something?   Or is there something else I'm missing

As far as I can see that should be it. They will probably still see anything that you did before you changed your settings, but nothing new.

so now they'll see the same msg for the next 5 yrs? lol

Ah well.

As far as I know, you can remove a specific what'snew entry from your own http://profile.live.com page. There is small buttons near the entries, click them.
