I know DBSK is mostly popular in ASIA, but there are many many people that also use MSN in China. There are also many fans of DBSK in North America who aren't even asian, so I think that tons of people would use the skins. I also know many friends who would like a DBSK skin too. Perferably one based on their 4th album.
sorry but I don't know of what you mean with DBSK... but I can let you know my friend that this is subforum to request skins for Windows Live Messenger (WLM) that have installed Messenger Plus! Live (MP!L), an add-on that only runs over Windows Live Messenger and that let you install skin packages (extension .plsk) without modify WLM files...
