O.P. sound problem
we have 2 netbooks with built in web cams that are suffering the same problem, when holding a webcam video link the sound breaks up!
The person the other end can here without problem.
Any sugestions please?

By breaking up do you mean it 'crackles' or do you mean something else.

the voice of the person the other end breaks up, i wouldn't describe it as a crackle.
