Why not ZIP it? RAR is only compatible this programs that can open it.

Also, people should be aware this script may not be safe and to be honest this whole thing seems to be a bit dodgy. Why not submit it to the script database?

Translations of existing scripts (and skins) are only accepted on the DownDB when submitted by the original creator.

In this case 24 TV Show Intro Time was created by Asim. If topicsar contacted him and Asim were to implement the translation in a new multi-language version it would be accepted. Modifications of existing scripts are otherwise not accepted without explicit approval from the original creator. Unfortunately Asim didn't add any contact information.

I see. I assumed this guy was the original creator.

topicsar, I'm not trying to be rude but who would want an Arabic version of this? Is there even a demand for such script?
