O.P. Not Receiving All Messages
I'm on Windows Live Messenger Version 14.0.8 and I've had problems lately. I don't recieve 30-40% of the messages people send to me. I get every message on Skype and Facebook, so I don't think it's a router problem. Has anyone got a fix? Thanks.

What security applications are you running? Anti-virus, firewall, etc.

My firewall is always activated, but I don't use any virus protection software.
