my son forgot his password and i am his alternative email address. I have tried to change his password and i keep getting the message that i have attempted to sign in to many times. I have tried from several different computers and still no luck. can someone help me?
If you have failed to sign-in successfully more than 5 (or 10?) times you will be locked out of the service for a temporary amount of time. The best thing to do is just wait it out until it lets you try again.
