i have seen on net that there is option that all members your chating with appears on one window at which your chating on the left side and you can select any member from same chating or msg window to send massge. i tried my best to find that option but in vaine so some one knows how to adjust that setting please reply

Are you referring to Tabbed Chats? This is available in Messenger Plus! and in the new version of Windows Live Messenger will be supported (but isn't released yet).
