Just starting a quick new thread in that I have the same problem as the person below but the thread doesn't really give any help to the fact that I can log in on one email account but get Contact list unavialable when I try to log into another on a brand new PC. I have tried on my old Vista machine and can log into all accounts via MSN live:

Clicking the further information page lists the fault as an 80072efd fault (whatever the heck that is): and says caused by:

Firewall blocking connectivity (checked, it's not)
Security libraries corrupted (wth is that)
Proxy settings incorrect
Spyware blocking connection.

Trouble is can sign on to ONE account fine but on this computer I am getting the above messages. I have tried most of the complicated checks that Microsoft have on their help page and all seems in order. There is no spyware as brand new (days old). Why can I get into one account and not the other??? I can access the account on ebuddy too. I don't understand all the technical stuff on the microsoft help page that you click on when the error appears for further information as not got a degree in computer science  which they seem to think all users should have with their%windir%\system32 etc.

Anyone can help me???Not much of a help or response on here, is this page official?
