I get this message everytime I chat with newly added people but I'm sure they added me as well on their contacts list. It is really iritating while they don't get some of mine messages. Any solutions/suggestions?

Have you asked them if they do have you on their list?

check with them (ask) whether they accepted you on http://profile.live.com, and you do the same.

(please report here if it worked for you, I'm trying to track down this strange problem as well)

Yes, and they all said they've added me (and I believe them) but when I go to MSN Plus's Contact List Clean Up I get to see that they don't have me on their contact's list.

Currently I'm testing to see if it has to do anything with the version of Messenger I'm using. Today I was normally chatting from my laptop (WLM 2009 version build 14.0.8117.416) without getting that message, but when I'm chatting from my PC (WLM 8.5 version) installed I constantly keep getting "...does not have you as a contact'"

Which Messenger version are you using?

it does not matter, it happens with any version (excepted the beta), unless you do what I've said. The beta probably "accepts" the friend request automatically. At least, that's what I concluded, I might be wrong, nobody confirmed as of now.
