Hi there guys,

I was wondering how I could check what version my WLM is because when I installed MSNPlusLive, I couldn't find where to allow simultaneous log-ins. I know the MSNPlusLive works because I can lock my WLM and use customs skins, but I couldn't find the interface where I can allow simultaneous log-ins.

To check your WLM version:
In Main window (the Contact List window), press Alt. As the menu shows, select Help, and About Messenger. You'll see your Messenger's version in the window that pops up then.

The option of simutaneous log-ins is in "General" section (the first section) of the "Customize!" tab (the right-most tab) of Plus! preferences. It reads "Allow me to connect to several accounts simutaneously".

Okay, so I am able to find the version of my WLM (v.2009), but I'm am not able to find this 'General Section'.

Go into Messenger Plus! Preferences & Options and click the "Customize!" tab and you'll find it.

Once you've enabled it, just open another instance of Messenger by clicking on your shortcut to it (or the entry in the start menu) and then you can log in with a different e-mail address.

So where do I find the preferences? Is it meant to be under file? actions? tools?

The Plus! Preferences are under the "Plus!" menu.
Or click on the big Plus!-logo.

PS: it wouldn't have hurt if you just clicked the menu's to see what's under it though. This will also help you discover more options and settings and stuff. As long as you don't click on an individual menu item, nothing will change

Hi, since installing the new version of plus, I can no longer create multiple instances of Live Messenger.  This was fine prior to installing.
I'm running Live Messenger 2011 Build 15.4.3502.922 on Windows 7 Business edition.

Is this a known issue with this new version?
