I have used MsgPlus for years, and my conversations were all saved under My Documents -> My Chat Logs.
However, i realised last month that it did not save my conversations anymore. I have tried all sorts of methods. i deleted previous months of chat logs just in case there's no space, i re-install msgplus. I have also checked all the options needed. But still, no logs are saved while i'm chatting online.
