Does Messenger Plus for Skype enable or will enable to use multiple accounts like it does with MSN Messenger?

It doesn't in this version, no.

But you never know what future versions might bring (no promisses). I for one like the suggestion, if it's possible is another question

It would be great indeed. It's great to use Messenger Plus on MSN Messenger so I can run my personal account and my business account. I definitely would like to be able to do the same on Skype!

You can run Skype itself multiple times.
Just create a shortcut with the following path:
"C:\Program Files\Skype\Phone\Skype.exe" /secondary
Maybe your path has to be changed, but it works
