Ran the setup.
Looked at the setup screens a bit.
Decided to cancel the setup... (afterall, I don't have Skype on this PC).
BAM... bug
A dialog pops up telling me that Skype wasn't installed and asking if I would download it.
This shouldn't happen. If I decide to cancel the setup and press the cancel button (or <ESC>), the setup should quit, plain and simple.
If a check is done on Skype being installed or not, it should be done when MsgPlus! for Skype is effectivly installed, not when you quit the setup.
Repro steps: well... just cancel the setup without installing
