After installing Messenger Plus, the voice clip recorder won't let me record voice clips. And if I press F2 it says "You can't record a Voice Clip because you have turned off this feature." I am not aware of turning it off and have tried reinstalling. Does anyone know how to turn it back on?

Did you actually check though?

I looked at the prefs and can't find any way of turning it on. I didnt turn it off.

I dont have the securiy tab!
