Is there any way to make this skin works along MSN Messenger at the same time, just like ClearMSN does?

I mean I could run MSN Messenger and ClearMSN at the same time although MSN Messenger has to be run first before ClearMSN.

I just want to be able to differentiate the icons since I have 2 accounts.
