O.P. Help for a sound plugin with Delphi

Hi,
sorry for my poor english...i'm french !

I try to develop a Sound Plugin like "Worms Plugin" but i don't
how to do to play sound in delphi source !!!

I want a subMenu for my plug in the "Plus - Plugins" Menu.

Please help me !
