O.P. Set Status Before Logging In
Hey everyone.

I've been searching the forum but couldn't find what I was looking for. Is there any plug-in that allows you to set your status before you come on?

I've read that you can do that with MessengerDiscovery, but I don't want this particular add-on because I've also read it contains spy-ware and other pests.

Thanks guys, but I'd rather not use MSN 7.0 in its beta phase.

You can use JRNZ's loader(can be found on www.mess.be or the official site which I don't remember...) which enables you to log in appearing offline, besides that then I don't think there are any other things besides Messenger Discovery that lets you log in on another status... If you use 6.2 that is.. Why don't you want to use 7.0 in beta? the public beta works like a charm!!! :D.. I've still not had any problems at all with it!!!...

I don't know... I just don't trust beta stuff. Would MSN 7.0 allow me to set my status to busy before I sign in?

Ok, thanks.

Is CyBeRDuDe the only one who's had a good experience with Messenger 7.0 Beta or is it really good and I should trust it?

It may have little bugs, but it's pretty stable and won't destroy your PC, it works really fine :-)
