Im reporting one visitor problem:

I have problems with sounds in MSN Messenger 7. There are no sounds at all (when contact comes online and so) although I have checked sounds options in Windows and MSN Messenger. Sounds are working with other programs.

have u checked that the sounds are actually in your msn folder ??? C:\Program Files\MSN Messenger

there should be "newalert" "newmail" "online" "type" "ring" and "nudge", if there are in your folder make sure that msn is looking in the write place for the sounds.

tools > options > alerts and sounds > sounds.... > sounds (tab at the top) .... then scroll down to msn messenger, click on contact online and then ppress the play button. did it play the sound ??? if it didn't that a window should come up and ask you to find the sound, go to C:\Program Files\MSN Messenger and select "online" you will need to do this for all the sounds
