Hi, can anyone tell me how to change the encryption on archived chats?

I attempted to change the pass but it only re-encrytped this months chat logs while the past months stay the same. 

I then tried changing the folder of where the logs were saved, from My Chat Logs, to the more specfic month, My Chat Logs/March however, changing it again with that directory did not work.
