I'm not sure if anyone is aware of this but I downloaded the Scripting document and it doesn't work. It just might be my computer but if it isn't hope it gets fixed soon.

And what kind of problem/error do you get?

The same to me
It says that the file requested couldn't be found
the menu appears correctly

This is when opening the CHM file or when downloading the ZIP from the page?

for me its when i open the chm file =/

On Windows XP (with the security update applied) you can also simply right-click on the CHM file, select Properties, and click on the "Unblock" button. Click "Apply" and the content should be visible.

FYI, this fix worked for me.  I had a chm documentation file that kept giving me the error "Navigation to the webpage was canceled."  I'm on Windows XP Professional SP2.
