i was getting a message saying i needed to install windows xp to use messenger plus even though i have windows xp.
now i have discovered that messenger plus works if i sign into another name it works with no problems.  how can i get it 2 operate under my sign-in name?
if some1 cud help ASAP it wud b greatly appreciated!!!

Can I ask you what versions of Windows, Messenger and messenger Plus! you are using please?

I dont understand that very well, but if you download both programs with the links i gave you, i think that can work fine.

Do you have SweetIM installed? Uninstalling it might fix it. Also remove all other programs related to WLM except MP!L. If it still doesn't work uninstall WLM and delete MSN Messenger folder from Program Files. Then install Messenger again. Do the same with MP!L.

and to make sure you remove Messenger and Messenger Plus! Live completely follow the instructions here
