O.P. Huh?  Taskbar button won't blink when I got messages
I know there's already solutions for Vista user but the OS I'm using is WinXP SP2 and I've got the same problem that when I enable Tabbed Chat, the taskbar button won't blink when I got messages. This annoying me a lot. Would anyone make some explanation for me? Thanks.
