You can use Your Skin Control script to select images of Matt Smith to create a skin.

With WLM 2010 coming soon, there are very few new skins for WLM2009 being developed, so that script is your best bet

It's just a script to enable you to pick some pictures to make a skin, there's nothing malcious about it

Downloads the file, open it, check the box and I will be installed.

Under the scripts menu in WLM use its functionality.
