If I go to the
Script Menu >
Show Script Debugging, I get this.

The upper window is the normal, active one that works. The lower one also appears, but in a
crashed state - the busy cursor appears when the mouse is over the window, it doesn't load the debug or script list, and doesn't respond to actions. It also doesn't close.
Clicking on Show Script Debugging again closes both windows. Using
Debug.DebuggingWindowVisible = true; in a script does not cause this problem - only when using the Script Menu option.

Edit: I can't seem to reproduce this any more. Don't know what's changed, but it's not doing it any more...
